Pet Adoption

Want to help Wee Paws?  Here’s how!

There are so many ways to help Wee Paws that don’t involve simply .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Hire us for a project.  Buy a domain name.  Host a website.  Below is a list of examples:

  • Hire us to work for your on a freelance project.  We’re skilled and handy, with a vast range of experience in a variety of areas (one of us was even a TV actor and a radio announcer many moons ago).  We can help you with your website design project, your blog, print/email newsletter, graphic design, and any issues that may arise related to hosting, uploading, and maintaining your website.  We can create custom art in a variety of media, included stained glass, etched glass, carved stone, and conventional paint and colored pencil.  We can put your artwork on a number of substrates, including mugs, t-shirts, cutting boards, ceramic tiles, etc.  Please consider us if you’d like a special piece of art created to honor a favorite pet!  We can also make cat trees, pet ramps, feral cat shelters, and just about anything you can think of.  We’ll be happy to provide a free quote and a sample of our work to interested parties.  We even make cute stuffed toy cats figures and teddy bears… the only limit is your imagination.

  • Register a domain name and host a website with our affiliates.  We are the owners of the domain registrar, Cynical Dog Domains, an inexpensive site for registering a new domain name or transferring an old one.  The site is managed by the company that manages GoDaddy, so you know they’re powerful and reliable.  Once you’ve purchased a domain name, host your website with HostGator, an inexpensive-but-reliable webhost with excellent customer service.  We host all our sites with HostGator for less than $10/month and have been extremely pleased with the service (we will NEVER recommend a product or service that we don’t use ourselves).  If you buy a domain name or a hosting package by shopping through our links, Wee Paws receives a cash bonus.

  • We need a number of pet products donated to us all year ‘round.  We always need canned poultry (chicken or turkey) cat food, as well as both canned and dry (large breed) dog food.  We use very little dry cat food, but it’s always welcome for using at our feral cat feeding station.  A number of our cats have allergies and/or digestive issues, so higher quality food is preferred, where at all possible.  We try to feed raw food to all the cats, although when we run out they do well on brands like Natural Balance, Avoderm, Halo, Merrick, etc.  We always need cat crates/carriers, either hard or soft-sided (new or used).  Cat furniture/trees are welcome, and again, new or used doesn’t matter to us.  If you’d like to make an incredible gift to the cats, please send them a Kuranda cat bed!  Our dogs use Kuranda beds (when the cats aren’t stealing them), so three or four of the new feline Kuranda beds would be very popular around here.
